Transcription of the show
Hello, and welcome to another episode of The Property Voice podcast. My name is Richard Brown and as always, it’s a pleasure to have you join me on the show again today.
We start our guest interviews for the Women in Property series with a bang, as we have the delightful Vanessa Warwick to share her story from rock n’ roll to bricks and mortar with Helen and I.
Listen out for the Bengal Tigers purring away as Vanessa relays her property journey and that of Property Tribes right now then…
Property Chatter
Discussion between Vanessa, Richard & Helen (transcription to follow).
Vanessa made so many good points during our conversation The value of good quality education, that property is now an even longer-term investment strategy that has become harder since she started and how due diligence is her number one tip. Vanessa also spoke of the need to be professional, show respect and develop relationships and that’s how she has managed to avoid encountering some of the problems that could sometimes be encountered along the way.
Then, there is Property Tribes as an open and transparent forum, where as she puts it is a hive of experienced property investors and landlords ready to share their hindsight to act as out foresight, so that’s a good enough endorsement to pay a visit if you have not done so isn’t it?
OK, so that’s all for now. If you want to talk about anything from today’s show, or just talk property investing more generally, email me at podcast@thepropertyvoice.net, I would be happy to hear from you! The show notes can be found at our website www.thepropertyvoice.net
All that is left to say, is thank you very much for listening once again this week and until next time on The Property Voice Podcast…it’s ciao-ciao.
