I just completed the of property Earn and Learn process with Richard. For me going into this project. I wanted to get two things one was investing my money into property development and the other one is to learn from the experience.
The Earn & Learn gives you the opportunity is to do exactly this. The money is invested within a live project, which we were able to see through the whole process from the purchase all the way to the remortgage or sale. This meant I was able to get that over the shoulder view of what Richard goes through in order to achieve this. Unlike many other coaching and mentoring programs, where its just this is a situation or this is an example. Having that live project really brings it up to that next value.
I thoroughly enjoyed working with Richard, as he shared the little problems that can arise through the project and how he came up with the solutions. We had multiple calls with the rest of the people who invested in that project, so were able to talk through and answer any questions that we had.
Plus we managed to go out to the property to see it for ourselves. This really helps just to answer those questions that don’t always pop-up in just looking up on your computer screen.
I thoroughly recommend this to anyone who is an interesting investing in property and learning about the process, as Richard was helpful the whole way through.

I thought I will let you know, so you don't think that I have wasted the knowledge from your podcasts and Earn and Learn project. It was massive learning curve and hard work but it was worth at the end as got priceless experience and made some money as well. I am already on the hunt for next project...
